CA NA not playable in Europe?

So the NA website told me as long as I have an account I can play while in Europe. So.. It's 1 am everyones in bed I sneak into the room where my grandfathers new windows 7 computer is turn it on and download CA NA. 30-40 minutes later it's all done installing and ready to go so I use the direct file to go in then log in get "error cannot connect to server"(don't remember the error code) so I try directly off the website same error. Were they just lying to me and you can't play CA NA in europe?

Well I would but I only had a couple hours tonight where I was able to use a computer b/c every other night my dad sleeps there but he had to go to a meeting while we're in Europe and he's coming back tommorow. My mom is now using the computer b/c today is also the only time she will have to use a computer... I had 3 or so hours but no more time now

lol is it me, or are they more pro than us? they're a bit farther behind rank wise but looking at the top players accolades they have a shit load of unbelievables and unbelievable +

Much more hackers in eu, much fewer get banned, much easier bypassable hacking guard, and anyways no more computer acess likely for two weeks ;(

Been meaning to try out EU for the heck of it ;p
