nexon 1 mil gp giveaway

hey guys, i went to the website and read the 1 mil giveaway thing, but to my surprise, nexon only said theyll reward the 100 lucky winners with 10k gp. Did they screw up the announcement or did i misread something? Heres the link in case anyone wants to read it

PST and PDT are time zones with an hours' difference.

pst and pdt are the same time. pacific standard time, and pacific daylight time.

then why are they both observed in the same states?

LA changes to PST when daylight savings is off or something like that.
